Position Overview

A prestigious consulting group is expanding its team and seeking a smart, well-presented Front Desk Officer to manage reception duties and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and clients
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Represent the organization with professionalism

Requirements

  • OND or B.Sc. in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry (preferred)
  • Smart, confident, and well-dressed appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Leadership qualities with ability to take initiative

Compensation

N100,000 - N170,000 per month
