Position Overview
A prestigious consulting group is expanding its team and seeking a smart, well-presented Front Desk Officer to manage reception duties and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and clients
- Manage front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Represent the organization with professionalism
Requirements
- OND or B.Sc. in a relevant field
- Previous experience in healthcare industry (preferred)
- Smart, confident, and well-dressed appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Leadership qualities with ability to take initiative
Compensation
N100,000 - N170,000 per month
