## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to join Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls in Lagos. This position combines reception management with business development responsibilities, requiring a professional who can maintain an organized front desk while supporting sales and customer relationship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and address complaints professionally
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, or take messages
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and incoming mail
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
  • Check, sort, and forward emails efficiently
  • Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Write and submit business proposals to prospective clients
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
  • Keep updated records and files organized
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Report on successes and areas requiring improvement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and schedule coordination

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a relevant position
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Familiarity with office machines (photocopier, printer, etc.)
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
