## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a neat, presentable front desk equipped with all necessary supplies (pens, forms, paper)
- Answer client questions and manage incoming calls
- Redirect phone calls to appropriate departments and take messages
- Accept letters and packages, and distribute them to relevant departments
- Monitor, organize, and forward emails
- Track and order office equipment and supplies
- Maintain records and files
- Oversee the office budget
Requirements
- HND or OND qualification
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Female candidates preferred
- Must reside in Ikeja and its environs
