## Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and personable Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide administrative support across the office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome while also maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and furniture
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office security by monitoring visitor logbooks, issuing badges, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
- Attend to both online and walk-in clients, taking their enquiries and directing them to the right officer
- Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate staff or office
- Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.)
- Perform general office support tasks including filing, photocopying, and clerical duties
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a front desk, administrative, or office support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and welcoming appearance
