## Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart and professional Front Desk Officer to manage front-desk operations, attend to customers, and support basic administrative tasks.

  • Attend to customers and provide support
  • Perform basic administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hausa (required)
  • ND/HND or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Must reside in or very close to Gwarinpa
  • Prior front desk or customer-facing experience (advantageous)
