## Title: Front Desk Officer
Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service at our front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments on room status
- Handle guest requests, provide information, and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure compliance with hotel policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
