## Title: Front Desk Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service at our front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments on room status
  • Handle guest requests, provide information, and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure compliance with hotel policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor
