## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and representing the hotel's image with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in person and by telephone
  • Answer inquiries and refer them to appropriate departments
  • Act as the interface between the hotel and guests/visitors
  • Direct guests and visitors while maintaining departmental directories and providing clear instructions
  • Maintain security by monitoring procedures, maintaining log books, and issuing visitor badges as necessary
  • Register guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage and safeguard hotel room keys and key cards
  • Accept reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person
  • Prepare guest bills and process payments
  • Provide guests with relevant hotel information
  • Address guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally
  • Ensure proper and efficient room allocation

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or BSc Degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a 3-star hotel
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
