## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to join Blu Atlantic Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria. As the primary point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in person and by telephone
  • Answer inquiries and direct guests to appropriate departments or services
  • Serve as the main interface between the hotel and guests/visitors
  • Direct guests and provide directions by maintaining accurate departmental directories
  • Monitor security procedures and maintain visitor logs; issue visitor badges as needed
  • Register guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage and safeguard all hotel room keys and key cards
  • Process reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person requests
  • Prepare guest bills and process payments
  • Provide guests with hotel information and answer general inquiries
  • Address guest concerns and handle complaints professionally
  • Ensure proper room allocation and guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or BSc Degree in any of the Social Sciences
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in a 3-star hotel
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of hospitality ethics and standards
