## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Front Desk Officer to join their team. This position is responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform office administrative and clerical duties
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or person
- Respond to visitor inquiries professionally and courteously
- Operate telephone switchboard, answer calls, and transfer to appropriate departments
- Take messages and communicate information to relevant personnel
- Maintain the reception area and office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Assist in keeping conference rooms and board rooms clean and prepared
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence
Required Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc Degree
- 6–8 years of professional front desk experience
Required Skills
- Fluent English language speaking and writing proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good planning and stress management skills
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and other applications)
