## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Front Desk Officer to join their team. This position is responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform office administrative and clerical duties
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or person
  • Respond to visitor inquiries professionally and courteously
  • Operate telephone switchboard, answer calls, and transfer to appropriate departments
  • Take messages and communicate information to relevant personnel
  • Maintain the reception area and office equipment such as printers and copiers
  • Assist in keeping conference rooms and board rooms clean and prepared
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence

Required Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc Degree
  • 6–8 years of professional front desk experience

Required Skills

  • Fluent English language speaking and writing proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good planning and stress management skills
  • Ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and other applications)
