## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Front Desk Officer to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform office administrative and clerical duties
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or person
- Respond to visitor questions professionally and courteously
- Operate telephone and switchboard systems; answer and transfer calls
- Take messages and communicate them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain the reception area and office equipment such as printers and copiers
- Assist in keeping conference rooms and board rooms clean and organized at all times
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English language proficiency in speaking and writing
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Strong planning and stress management skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of front desk operations and best practices
