An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced work environment while serving as the first point of contact for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and attend to visitors professionally
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain professionalism in all internal and external interactions
- Handle tasks promptly and meet deadlines
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to work from the Victoria Island office.
