An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - The Front Desk Officer is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth office functionality and creating excellent first impressions for our clients and colleagues. - The candidate will also coordinate logistics for training programs in our various centers and provide general administrative support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and trainees, exhibiting a professional and welcoming impression. - Manage front desk operations, including reception, registration, and mail distribution. - Coordinate the distribution of training materials and the arrangement of classrooms - Support the social media Officer in managing our various social media handles. - Provide basic administrative support to other departments as needed. - Maintain records, databases, and front office supplies. Required Qualifications: /Requirements - OND in Business Admin, Hospitality, or related field. - A maximum of 1-2 years of front desk or customer service experience - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Proven experience as a Front Desk officer, Receptionist, or similar role. Skills: /Competencies: - Customer-focused - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills - Good problem-solving skills - A friendly and customer service-oriented attitude. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. - Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude. - High level of integrity and discretion - Good interpersonal skills.
