## Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer
Position Summary
Charitos BO Hospital is seeking a courteous, organized, and proactive Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently
- Register patients and update medical records accurately
- Provide information about hospital services and procedures
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organized front desk area
- Liaise with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient feedback and escalate issues where necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc Degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field)
- 2–4 years of experience in front desk or customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
