## Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

Position Summary

Charitos BO Hospital is seeking a courteous, organized, and proactive Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently
  • Register patients and update medical records accurately
  • Provide information about hospital services and procedures
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organized front desk area
  • Liaise with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle patient feedback and escalate issues where necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc Degree in any discipline (preferably Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field)
  • 2–4 years of experience in front desk or customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation
