## Title: Front Desk and Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Front Desk and Administrative Officer for our Abuja office to handle key administrative duties, welcome guests and employees warmly, and coordinate office activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain office records, schedules, and appointments
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and manage replenishment orders
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain visitor logs
  • Address inquiries, handle minor complaints, and escalate concerns when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Sc) or HND qualification
  • Must be a resident of Abuja, FCT (proximity to Gwarimpa is an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and proactive approach to handling issues
