## Title: Front Desk and Administrative Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk and Administrative Officer for our Abuja office to handle key administrative duties, welcome guests and employees warmly, and coordinate office activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain office records, schedules, and appointments
- Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and manage replenishment orders
- Monitor visitor access and maintain visitor logs
- Address inquiries, handle minor complaints, and escalate concerns when necessary
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Sc) or HND qualification
- Must be a resident of Abuja, FCT (proximity to Gwarimpa is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and proactive approach to handling issues
