Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Redirect all phone calls and emails to the appropriate department and take down messages where necessary
- Respond to all inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, answering calls, and managing office supplies
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/ HND in Hospitality or any related field with at least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution
- 0—2 year work experience only
- Candidate must be smart, easily adaptable, and pleasant
- Good knowledge Of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service attitude
