Position Overview:
- The French-Speaking Agent is responsible for handling customer interactions in French (and English where required), ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving inquiries, and supporting operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in French and English.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Good at listening, able to pay good attention to users and have empathy.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Support sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (spoken and written); English proficiency required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.
- Possess good typing speed
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
