About CODERHI

The Community Development and Reproductive Health Initiative (CODERHI) is a non-political, non-religious, and non-profit organization founded in 1999 and headquartered in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. CODERHI is dedicated to improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes and promoting community development through participatory planning and empowerment of vulnerable populations, especially women and youth.

Overview

CODERHI invites qualified, reliable, and reputable vendors to submit sealed bids for the establishment of a Framework Agreement (FWA) for Transport Services. The Framework Agreement will support CODERHI's field operations, workshops, trainings, meetings, and missions across project locations in Northeast Nigeria (Borno State, Kwayakusar LGA).

Scope of Work – Vehicle Rental Services

The selected service provider(s) will provide vehicles on demand for staff movement, field assessments, logistics support, and other operational activities.

Services include:

• Provision of various vehicle types (SUVs, Sedans, Vans, Buses, Hilux)
• Provision of qualified drivers with valid driving licenses
• Vehicles in good mechanical condition with valid insurance and registration
• Fuel-inclusive vehicle rental options

Duration

The Framework Agreement will be valid for one (1) year, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility requirements are provided in the Transport Services Tender Dossier.

Bid Submission

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the following:

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
