About the Role
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, calculative, and skilled in managing large teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of high-end hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets including fine dining restaurants, bars, and room service
- Lead, motivate, and manage large teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability through strategic planning and effective resource allocation
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply management
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction through quality control, swift resolution of complaints, and personalized service
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create promotions and special events that enhance the resort's F&B profile
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to promote professional growth and maintain high standards
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience managing food and beverage operations in large, five-star luxury hotels or resorts
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B industry
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment
