Food and Beverages Supervisor at Blu Atlantic Hotel

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and daily Profit & Loss statements, maintaining strict cost control
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department in support of the Brand Experience
• Ensure service standards are met across all outlets including bars, dining rooms, and buffets, in accordance with company standards
• Maintain organized F&B areas with proper tools and equipment for staff to execute their duties effectively
• Ensure the highest level of food hygiene throughout all food and beverage areas in compliance with HACCP legislation
• Oversee storeroom operations including inventory rotation, preparation, distribution, and bookkeeping according to company policies
• Implement and execute all F&B policies and procedures relating to employees, work manuals, sanitation, costs, quality, menus, and group operations
• Participate actively in leadership meetings
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members in line with company values to maximize employee engagement
• Monitor and enforce strict stock control adherence across all areas
