About the Role

Precious Palm Royal Hotel is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor/Bartender/Mixologist to join our expanding team. This is a contract position based on-site at our Benin City location.

Role Description

You will supervise daily operations of food and beverage services while maintaining high standards of service and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on beverage preparation and customer engagement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage food and beverage staff
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Prepare beverages according to required standards and specifications
• Ensure efficient food and drink service delivery
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain high service standards and customer experience excellence

Required Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with proven experience managing and inspiring a team
• Knowledge of service standards and excellent food service capabilities
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food and beverage services
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a high-paced environment
• Experience in mixology and beverage crafting (highly desirable)
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (a bonus)
