Food and Beverage Manager at The Delborough Lagos

Role Description

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, capable of balancing day-to-day operations with strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
• Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost management, and innovative promotions
• Ensure consistency in service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand positioning
• Mentor, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver best-in-class experiences
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives that reinforce the property as the benchmark for luxury in Lagos

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial F&B role (Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in luxury hotels or fine-dining establishments)
• Proven track record of operational excellence and financial acumen
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a hands-on management style
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent professional background (preferred)
• Must currently reside in Nigeria
