A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Supervisor, located in Lagos. The Floor Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service, maintain high customer satisfaction standards, and uphold the sophisticated atmosphere of the lounge. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring quality customer service, supervising floor staff, coordinating with management to achieve operational goals, and providing coaching and training to the team as necessary. Required Qualifications: - Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and team collaboration - Proficiency in Sales and a results-oriented approach to achieving business targets - Experience in Training and Coaching to lead and develop team members effectively - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
