## Title: Floor Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a Floor Sales Executive to deliver a transformational retail customer experience and drive business growth through exceptional sales performance. You will be responsible for building our brand one customer at a time by engaging visitors, providing product information, and converting walk-ins into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand's values and drive sales growth
- Professionally manage and resolve concerns from dissatisfied or irate customers
- Engage showroom visitors, provide comprehensive product information, and convert walk-ins to sales
- Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Ensure strict compliance with established standard operating procedures in all activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a 2nd class HND, B.Sc, or BA Degree in any discipline
- 1 - 3 years of work experience (previous retail sales experience is an advantage)
- Female candidate (for gender balance)
