## Title: Floor Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Floor Sales Executive to deliver a transformational retail customer experience, build our brand one customer at a time, and drive business growth through sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that reflect the brand's values and drive sales growth
  • Professionally manage and resolve concerns from dissatisfied customers
  • Engage showroom visitors, provide product information, and convert walk-ins to sales
  • Address post-purchase issues and ensure swift resolution of customer complaints
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ensure strict compliance with established standard operating procedures in all activities

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2nd class HND, B.Sc, or BA Degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years work experience (Previous retail sales experience preferred)
  • Female candidate
