## Title: Floor Manager – Customer Service

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Floor Manager in a customer service capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk and floor operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to manage patient flow efficiently
  • Monitor staff conduct, service delivery, and adherence to hospital standards
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Prepare daily activity and service reports for management review
  • Train and mentor customer service officers to maintain a consistent standard of care
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or customer service management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
