Job Summary

West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Floor Manager to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead and manage the service team, and maintain the club's standards for quality, atmosphere, and member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless, personalized service for all members and guests while protecting the club's look, feel, and overall environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards
• Lead and manage the service team
• Ensure seamless, personalized service for all members and guests
• Protect and maintain the club's atmosphere and environment
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Monitor sales reports and track performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, hospitality, or service industries
• Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Basic financial acumen with ability to interpret sales reports and track performance

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000
