## Title: Fleet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise drivers' performance and allocate driver assignments
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Maintain all trucks in top working order
- Control fuel issuance, consumption, and management to reduce running costs
- Ensure all trucks comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements; escalate issues and recommend resolutions to management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and address complaints
- Schedule drivers and assign routes to maximize productivity
- Ensure all documentation is processed and complete before departure and during offloading
- Maintain necessary fleet vehicle availability at all times
- Control fleet administration and operations including maintenance, driver, and customer interactions
- Ensure all fleet and human behavioral safety compliance is fully adhered to
- Manage vehicle maintenance and execution to meet preventive and corrective maintenance standards and operational demands
- Acquire and validate all relevant licenses and ensure they are promptly renewed and updated
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in a related field
- 2 – 4 years of working experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
