About This Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Fleet and Dispatch Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and reassign orders to 3PLs, riders, and drivers based on capacity, proximity, and resources
• Collaborate with fellow Dispatchers to plan and batch deliveries efficiently
• Monitor rider and driver positioning to minimize idle time
• Handle riders' and drivers' inquiries or complaints quickly and professionally
• Liaise with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve delivery-related issues
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
• Provide actionable feedback to improve delivery efficiency and service quality

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven leadership ability and a collaborative mindset
• Solid understanding of fleet management and logistics operations
