Position Overview: - The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring exceptional service, world-class dining experiences, and operational excellence. - They lead the team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant, including service, kitchen, and front-of-house staff. - Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality, presentation, and safety standards. - Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining impeccable service standards. - Train, and mentor staff to provide professional, courteous, and efficient service. - Develop staff schedules, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations. - Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly. - Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability. - Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create seasonal menus and special events. - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. - Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, labor costs, and operational budgets.
