## Title: Financial Accountant

Assist in budget preparation and management activities
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances
Manage cash controls and maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records
Ensure maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers
Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves
Ensure all expenses remain within assigned project budgets
Perform accounts receivable and payable activities accurately and timely
Ensure financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, and other financial documents
Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
Update financial records with recent transactions and changes
Perform finance analysis, reporting, and management tasks
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial matters
Manage all aspects of cash flow, prepare forecasted weekly and monthly cash requirements, and execute management financing decisions
Coordinate the preparation of bank reconciliation statements and ensure proper capture of all items
Provide additional support and analysis as required
