A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to join our team. - The Finance Supervisor will oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Job Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of financial records. - Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to maintain the financial health of the company. - Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to help improve financial performance. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure proper financial controls and compliance. - Manage financial planning, including the preparation of financial projections and long-term forecasting. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting and filing. - Provide guidance and leadership to junior finance team members. - Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and financial risk management. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-6years of experience. - ICAN qualification/ Professional stage in ICAN is compulsory - Proven experience as a Finance Supervisor, Financial Controller, or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities.
