About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor expenditure vs. budget and provide variance analysis
• Advise management on financial performance and cost control opportunities

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Track daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operations
• Process payments, manage petty cash, and maintain treasury records

Financial Tools & Systems

• Utilize financial management tools for bookkeeping, reporting, and analysis
• Maintain and update accounting software and financial databases
• Generate automated reports using modern financial systems and Excel tools

Compliance & Audit Support

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, statutory filings, and financial regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and archiving of financial records

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong proficiency in financial management software and Excel
