About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to manage the financial operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budget preparation, expense tracking, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards
• Monitor expenses and provide recommendations for cost control
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience
• Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA
