Position Overview

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards and internal controls
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational objectives
• Perform regular bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and audit requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and financial performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting function
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• ICAN/ACCA certification
• Experience in the fintech or technology sector

Compensation & Reporting

Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 (Net)

Reports To: Head of Finance
