Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed.
- Manage expense reimbursements.
- Help maintain and organize financial records for audits and tax purposes.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years plus proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must be willing to work a few hours on Saturdays.
