Finance Officer

Salary: ₦250,000- 300,000 Net Monthly Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements. - Manage daily financial operations, including payments, receipts, and reconciliations. - Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports. - Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies. - Maintain accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of all financial transactions. - Monitor cashflow and advise management on financial risks and opportunities. - Support internal and external audit activities and ensure full compliance with audit requirements. - Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations (FIRS, PAYE, VAT, WHT). - Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making. - Support procurement and expenditure control processes to ensure value for money. Required Qualifications: & Skills - HND / B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a finance officer or similar role. - Strong financial analysis capability. - Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting. - Excellent cashflow management skills. - Strong financial reporting and reconciliation abilities. - Good understanding of tax laws and statutory compliance requirements. - High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is an added advantage.
