Job description

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Responsibilties Financial Management & Accounting: - Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, receipts, petty cash, and bank reconciliations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with AISVIP financial policies and donor requirements. - Support preparation and monitoring of project budgets and expenditure tracking. Donor Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure financial compliance with NHF guidelines, donor agreements, and audit requirements. - Support preparation of donor financial reports, forecasts, and expenditure analysis. - Ensure timely liquidation of advances and proper documentation of expenditures. Internal Controls & Audits: - Support implementation of internal financial controls and risk mitigation measures. - Prepare financial documentation for internal and external audits. - Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial records. Coordination & Support: - Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Program teams to ensure financial compliance in procurement and field activities. - Provide financial guidance to non-finance staff on donor and organizational financial procedures. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 4 - 10 years experience.
