## Title: Finance Manager – Treasury & Control
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, treasury management, and internal control functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across business units
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Oversee treasury operations including cash flow management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and investment monitoring
- Supervise bank reconciliations and ensure proper fund control
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.)
- Implement and strengthen internal control systems and cost optimization strategies
- Oversee payroll administration and fixed asset management
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACA / ACCA preferred)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in treasury management is mandatory
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
