## Title: Finance Manager
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage cash flow, credit control, and financial risk
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Provide insights on business performance and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate external and internal audits
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, or financial analysis
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance principles

Compensation
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly
