Job Summary

An established company is recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic financial insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with Nigerian and industry-specific regulations, and supporting organizational decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the organization
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial statements and timely reporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct financial audits and monitor internal controls
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, particularly for oil and gas projects
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks while developing mitigation strategies
• Monitor and report on financial metrics and organizational performance
• Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
• Ensure financial compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in financial management
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA)
