Position Overview

An established company is recruiting a highly skilled, analytical, and dependable Finance Manager with proven manufacturing industry experience to oversee the company's financial operations and drive strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will manage daily financial activities, provide expert financial guidance to senior management, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives.

Position Details

• Location: Apata, Ibadan, Nigeria
• Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, translating financial data into actionable insights for management
• Develop and recommend financial strategies, including investment initiatives, that support organizational goals
• Ensure strong financial health through effective cash flow, working capital, and cost management
• Analyze manufacturing costs, pricing structures, variable contributions, sales performance, and results against business plans
• Monitor financial trends, forecasts, and projections to support strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Conduct periodic financial reviews to identify efficiency improvements and cost-reduction opportunities within manufacturing operations
• Oversee finance department activities, establish performance frameworks, and lead the finance team effectively
• Lead the preparation, monitoring, and control of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with production, operations, procurement, and other departments to align financial planning with overall business strategy

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior financial role
• Mandatory experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in financial analysis roles
