Annual Gross Remuneration: N8M – N10M Our client, a mortgage bank, is seeking an experienced and highly competent Finance Manager to oversee all  its financial operationsThe Finance Manager will be responsible for responsible for overseeing the financial planning, managing the  financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance on  investment and budgeting. The Finance Manager will work directly with the Head, Financial Services. Role Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management, board, and external stakeholders. - Ensure tax compliance and timely submission of statutory filings (e.g., VAT, PAYE, corporate tax). - Oversee Business Development & Financial Innovation. - Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., CBN, SEC, IFRS, FIRS). - Provide financial insights and data to support leadership decision-making. Person Specifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable  institution. - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). - Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant working experience in finance, (Banking Sector experience is  a plus). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). - Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. - Strong knowledge of financial management, risk assessment, and investment strategies. - Expertise in financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance. - Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
