Finance Director (Accountant)

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director (Accountant)to oversee and manage all financial activities of our factory operations. - The role requires strong leadership, sound manufacturing accounting experience, and the ability to drive cost efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports - Manage budgeting, cost control, and production costing - Ensure compliance with tax and statutory obligations (VAT, PAYE, WHT, etc.) - Supervise and develop the accounts and finance team - Provide financial analysis and strategic support to management Requirements: - B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional qualification: ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN (is added advantage) - Minimum of 4years accounting experience - Proven experience in a factory/manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial controls.
