## Title: Finance Analyst

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Finance Analyst.

Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, income statements) in line with business goals
Contribute to capital allocation decisions and investment performance analysis
Assist in the annual budgeting process across departments and business units
Develop rolling forecasts and perform variance analyses to guide financial decisions
Work with department heads to ensure budget alignment with strategic objectives
Track budget performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure adherence to IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations
Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Monitor compliance with SEC, NSE, and other regulatory bodies
Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
Contribute to liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization
Maintain relationships with banks, custodians, and financial institutions
Collaborate with portfolio managers and trading teams to align financial operations
Participate in driving automation and process improvements across finance functions
Stay current with industry trends and financial best practices to drive innovation in analysis and reporting

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
