## Title: Finance & Administration Officer

Position Overview

Gurugeeks Royalty Limited seeks a dedicated Finance & Administration Officer to execute day-to-day finance and administrative tasks that support smooth organizational operations. This role is ideal for a graduate who can take ownership of defined responsibilities while working under supervision and with support from senior finance, HR, and operations staff.

Finance Operations

  • Maintain accurate daily financial records, including recording transactions and maintaining ledgers
  • Prepare customer invoices and track payment status
  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payment documentation for approval
  • Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense records on a regular basis
  • Track cash inflows and outflows and escalate discrepancies when identified

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare basic monthly financial summaries and schedules for management review
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records
  • Prepare documentation for statutory remittances (PAYE, VAT, WHT, pensions) for review and approval by senior staff
  • Ensure finance-related documents are properly filed and easily retrievable

Payroll & Staff Administration

  • Compile payroll inputs and prepare payroll schedules for review and approval
  • Maintain employee finance-related records, including expense claims and staff advances
  • Process staff reimbursements in line with approved policies
  • Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and deductions

Administration & Office Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, utilities tracking, and vendor communication
