## Title: Finance and Accounting Manager

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as Finance and Accounting Manager.

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy and conformance to reporting standards
Ensure closing month and year-end processes are complete and ready for management information and external audit
Ensure key financial processes are properly documented, updated, and reviewed regularly
Ensure accounts receivable are accurate
Prepare projected cash flow statements
Maintain correspondence with the organization's creditors and organize payments
Develop and maintain relationships with all statutory clients while managing their requirements
Represent the company to financial partners including financial institutions, investors, and auditors
Provide support to management on adherence to regulatory compliance on tax-related issues (WHT, VAT, Company tax)
Advise on investments and manage financial risks
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and entered in the ERP system, auditing documents, orders, and vouchers before funds disbursement
Prepare payroll including pension deductions and tax calculations

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, accounting, or financial analysis
