Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven and innovative Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working within financial institutions or fintech organizations, with a strong understanding of the digital financial ecosystem and customer behavior in the finance space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-backed growth strategies across digital platforms to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Optimize marketing funnels across awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue stages
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with measurable ROI targets
  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities in the financial and fintech sectors
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to enhance customer journeys and improve conversion rates
  • Implement and monitor A/B testing to optimize content, landing pages, and ad creatives
  • Manage and scale email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in growth and digital marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Mandatory experience in a financial institution or fintech company
  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Digital Marketer, or Performance Marketer
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or HubSpot
  • Excellent copywriting and analytical skills
