## Title: Filipino House Manager
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of House Manager. You will oversee the complete operation of a high-level household in Lagos, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and running smoothly at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the general operation and maintenance of the home, ensuring high organizational standards
- Manage household schedules and supervise maintenance projects
- Handle household bills and administrative duties
- Manage and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and other employees to ensure efficient task execution
- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and reconcile accounts to maintain financial balance
- Plan and coordinate social events, including dinner parties and family gatherings, with attention to detail
- Track household supplies and inventory; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for household-related inquiries and maintain clear communication with family members and staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in household management
- Must be Filipino national
- Relevant qualifications in household management or related field
