Field Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Resolve technical issues with the field team - Prepare system activity and performance reports - Diagnose network problems and implement technical solutions - Prepare/evaluate network diagrams and site configurations - Handle escalated incidents and document resolutions - Install and test equipment in line with customer and quality standards Requirements: - First degree in Computer Engineering or related field - 3–5 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector - Training/certifications in Wireless Radio Communication (Aviat, Dragon, Cambium, Mikrotik) - Strong oral and written communication skills - Candidate must reside in Bogije or nearby areas
