## Title: Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales using various customer acquisition methods including door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations
- Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customer needs and skills to build productive, long-lasting relationships
- Meet monthly personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads
- Prospect for customers within your location and close deals
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay current with industry developments
- Strategize marketing plans for increasing sales and improving customer database
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or BSc in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Persuasive selling skills with the ability to articulate value propositions
- Results-driven attitude with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to overcome challenges
